The play is about a young girl named Monya, who lives in a village. She is so engrossed with her work that she fails to attend school. However, she has a lot of curiosity in her mind and keeps asking questions to every person that she sees. The postman of the village calls her the ‘Why-Why Girl’.
The play celebrates the spirit of children and their curiosity for everything. It has a layered message that poverty and lack of resources cannot beat the curiosity and the will to learn, of children.
