March 19th – Nehi mozo hanü dizo le - Without you, nothing!
This is a presentation by a troupe from Phek village, where a troupe of 20 men and women from Phek will present songs that offer a history of the place. The act will include songs that sing about war, about work and also those influenced by the gospel.
March 20th – Performance by Tetseo Sisters
The Tetseo sisters from Kohima are trained in performing li songs of the Chakesang tribe by their parents who have been actively involved in the cultural revival movement of Nagaland. Watch the sisters sing the traditional tunes as well as newer lyrics adapted to traditional music, in which they accompany themselves on the age-old, one-stringed Naga instrument, the tati, also known as heka libuh.
