Presented by the NCPA, the Contemporary Dance Season 2016 will showcase avant garde performances with innovative and cutting edge choreography by modern dance troupes from across the country, and feature artists such as Sumeet Nagdev, Astad Deboo and Ashley Lobo. Performances include Dhrut – which explores the relationship between time, space and speed; Agni – a new production that explores the symbolism of the god Agni; and Kin – an interpretation of the body and mind of a woman presented through three different sequences.
