Don#39;t we all love an excellent curry? It is a very Indian, correction South Asian thing to enjoy curries. The Curry Trail at Vista, by Taj is here to indulge our curry fetish - the complex combination of spices and herbs brews a curry ad we have curries from across Asia featured in this festival. Chef Gaurav Tandon has curated a menu that includes specials like King#39;s Chicken Curry – simmered chicken with herbs, whole spices and sandalwood, Jungle Curry - fish simmered with a traditional Thai jungle curry paste, Sayur Lodeh - Malaysian curry with vegetables finished with coconut milk and a homemade paste of lemongrass, dry chilies and galangal and Vitenam specialty Ca ri Chay – Silken Tofu, mushrooms, okra and assortment of vegetables finished with curry powder, lemon grass and coconut milk and the lip-smacking Dum Aloo Banarsi - potato casings, simmered in an onion tomato curry enhanced with whole milk fudge paired with methi paratha.
