At first, Torvald seems indulgent towards his wife tough a tad bit condescending. But once it comes to light that Nora has borrowed money from a local loan shark who is out to destroy his reputation, the husband becomes verbally abusive. Their relationship does not stand the test of this crisis. In fact Nora realises that she is living a make-belief existence and her household is based on fantasy like a doll’s house. The play stars critically acclaimed actors like Ira Dubey and Joy Sengupta.
