The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai paved the path for Japanese cuisine in 2004 as it ushered in Wasabi by Morimoto, this unique concept was weaved by the legendary Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Celebrating 12 remarkable years, the restaurant conjures a special anniversary menu as it pays gratitude to the iconic Tsukiji market. Making a gallant entry into the menu are season favourites such as Tai, Meji Maguro, Sazae, Homard Lobster and Ike Hotate paired with riveting ingredients such as fresh Yuba, Sunflower White Corn, Kyoto Egglant and Black Garlic.
