You’ve got to be living under a rock, if you don’t know that Mumbai’s most popular music destination, blueFROG is wrapping up from their Lower Parel property. The good news, however, is that they are going reopen very soon, in two new locations, one in the suburbs and the other in town, with refreshing pop-ups, music festivals and allied events, making blueFROG a wine and dine destination, as well.
They are planning to end their nine-year-long journey with a month-long series they’re calling ‘The Last Set’. The series kicked off with their long-standing property ‘Retro Night with Other People’ on July 31st. Starting August 1, they plan on showcasing a stellar line-up with artistes, promoters, patrons and clients who have been associated with the property since its inception. Expect a mix of local and international artistes such as The Last Set: Paradigm Shift, supported by: Anand Bhaskar Collective, Matt Nash (London/UK), TwistedBass, Sanjay Divecha Secret to name a new few, during the event. The festival will culminate with Frogfest which is a multiline-up, multi-genre day-long celebration at the venue on the weekend of August 26th – 28th.
