DnA Machines is the brainchild of a Kolkata based duo Debjit Mahalanobis and Agnitray Chakraborty. With a love for heavy percussion and groovy bass lines, their music revolves around deftly crafted beats, big bass drops and spacious soundscapes of dub, with innovative live performances infuse worldly elements with high voltage grooves.
The opening act of the night is The UkeBox, a project by singer-songwriter Shanay Shah with a focus on the ukulele, guitars and cajon. Also part of the night’s line-up is Chennai-based Wriddh, a member of rock band Kryptic. His solo projects are more acoustic based, and have included collaborations with The Journo Trio and Wriddh The Crotchet Family.
